First Day done...

For one. My first child started grade one today. I still can't figure out where the time went to. I mean wasn't it just yesterday that we had her? How did she get to be such a beautiful big girl going off to school for her first all day year...

The boy on the other hand starts on Thursday. They stagger the starts for the JK's so they aren't all rushing in at once crying and freaking out and all of that mess. I feel for the teacher cause she knows him, but doesn't have full Eric exposure...LOL!!!

I took this week off of Starbucks so I could try to routine them and all that crap. Speaking to a co-worker, I'm glad I did cause the highschool kids were out in fine form today as usual. They tossed one of our pieces of artwork out onto the street after being told to move from the door or get the hell out...

Yup, this is a well to do area highschool. Nice.

Either way I'll be back at the grind on Monday and life will go on.

Day Five and counting....

Well I've done four complete training shifts...and I still love it!!!! I've settled myself into the role as wiper and swiper...lol!!! I also rock the brewed coffee stand like nobody else! I did a couple Cap's and Latte's yesterday. I need to get over my fear of the milk foaming out over the lip and scalding me. I've been told more than once that it's not that hot and would probably only tan me sooooooo..........weeeeeeeeeeee!!! I've decided that I was honestly made for this job. Oh yah, I'm not a Starbucks Employee.....I'm a PARTNER! How cool is that? We are all considered partners cause you have the option to have "Bean Stock" purchases taken from your pay every week. LOVE IT! I totally laughed out loud when I heard Bean Stock. I love my work and have a renewed love for my kids. Tired...

I'm so exhausted. I can barely function at all anymore. It's just one long long effort of staying awake until bedtime. There is something seriously wrong with me. I've grown apathetic to my life. Rather than pick up stuff from the floor, I walk over it or on it. I sit in the corner of the sofa staring at the wall. I need help and I can't get it. Yesterday was my kids first ever dance recital. I loved it. Every single second of it. Until I picked up their father to come and watch and then we had to leave during intermission because he was bored. The kids didn't get to do their first ever final bow because daddy was "tired" I don't want to do it anymore. I don't want to be a "wife" anymore. I don't want to be a mother anymore. I don't want to be anymore... I'm tired.
